Recently, a project in Albania supervised by Beijing Scientech International Project Management Co., Ltd. reached the "±0" milestone (the base level of the main structure) with the completion of all underground foundation work. This milestone marks the transition of the project from underground construction to the above-ground main structure construction phase.
