TPI PL Company (Thailand) has three cement kilns with a production of 8000t per day. The waste heat power plant is composed of 6 forehead kiln and kiln outlet boilers which are transported into two 18MW double pass-out turbo-generators through Hyper thermal Steam Header, and the hyper thermal fume-gas is connected to the water transport kiln. The project is very difficult, characterized by long steam pipe and sophisticated function system. CNEEC was responsible for design, equipment and principal materials supply, site guide services, and overall performance guarantee. No.1 unit was synchronized on 21 Feb., 2009 and No. 2 unit on 15 March, 2009. The performance testing was completed on 25 April, 2009, fitting to or even superior to the designed capacity. The ower signed the completion certificate in the same day.
