Jinhai Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd, located in the economic zone Yangpu of Hainan Province, is the thirteenth largest paper enterprise invested by the Sinar Mass Group (APP) in Chinese Mainland. As an auxiliary project of the enlargement of the paper factory, the corporation carried on an enlargement project phase 2. The installed capacity of this phase is 300MW, and it is equipped with two super pressure double extraction condensing steam turbines for CC150MW and two super pressure CFB boilers of 670t/h. CNEEC undertook the general EPC contract of this project.
